A well established wholesaler to the beauty industry is currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven and passionate administrative assistant to join the admin team.**Responsibilities**:
**Stock Management**:
Coordinate collection of skincare stock, printing and packaging from suppliers.

Verify delivered stock quantities and reconcile any discrepancies with suppliers.

Quality Control of products and materials being delivered.

Maintain proper stock placement on shelves.

Conduct regular stock takes, checking products and packaging levels for accuracy.

Actively participate in physical tasks such as packing out stock, packing orders, and lifting boxes to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.

**Order Processing**:
Process Distributor and International orders, including creating sales orders, packing, invoicing, and coordinating with couriers.

Communicate with clients regarding order status and any out-of-stock issues, liaising with relevant parties as needed.

Manage online orders.

**Customer Support**:
Assist distributors with queries and handle complaints related to stock issues.

**Training Support**:
Print materials for Sales Representatives, such as price lists, and assist in training logistics.**Skills Required**:
High School Diploma

Previous administrative or stock management experience preferred.

Strong organizational/admin and communication skills.

Proficiency in Pastel (not required but preferred), Excel and Outlook.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.

Physical capability to perform tasks such as packing out stock, packing orders, and lifting boxes.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.

Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, taking direction from supervisors as needed.

Attention to detail.

Able to work well under pressure.
