**Position**:Rialto Shop Assistant

**Reporting to**:Shop Manager

**Location**: Montague Gardens, Western Cape

An exciting opportunity has become available in our Rialto Bolt Shop. The primary responsibility of the shop assistant is to manage the internal running of the shop, driving shop sales and building a quality experience for our customers.

**Key Job Functions**
- Managing running of the shop by ensuring quality service to customers.
- Ensuring availability of products in the shop.
- Assist with inventory variances in the shop.
- Participate in monthly stock takes of the factory shop.
- Driving and increasing sales in the shop.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of the shop.

**Key Performance Areas**
- Managed and ensure picking procedures are being followed.
- Managed and ensure all 3rd party Orders are picked on time and in full.
- Manage and ensure replenishments are done regularly.
- Maintaining records including daily / weekly / monthly reporting.
- Clear, effective and courteous communication with customers and between departments including the interaction with supervisors and managers.
- Customer services orientated.

**Knowledge and Experience Required**
- Computer literacy, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Matric / Grade 12
