**Summary of position / duties**:

- Full Payroll function for SGRP Chains, PRS
- Payroll compliance of the Sage system:

- Communicate Payroll templates to regions/Company
- Ensure salaries are captured and in line with the employee contracts, incentives, leave, sick leave, unpaid leave.
- New Employee and Terminations for PERM payroll communicated with Payroll Manager
- Variance reports collated for signing
- Exception report recon for out of payroll payments done monthly
- Monthly audit trail
- Assist Payroll Manger with all Audit Preparation
- Prepare the payrolls for upload by Payroll Manager
- General Adhoc reporting and admin
- 3rd Party Payments for PRS & SGRP IMALI, SPECTRAFIN, FUNERAL, GARNISHEE, etc
- Benefits for PRS- Discovery and Liberty - reconciliation
- Accurate management of database including all parameters -terminations/New employees and promotions
- Report maintenance by Sage
- Leave Liability maintained for PRS and SGRP CHAINS
