This role will require you to strategise and execute paid ads strategies for clients operating primarily within B2B sectors. Experience presenting reports to senior management within client organisations is beneficial.

**The Role**

As a PPC Manager at Mitchell & Stones, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising channels. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that maximise ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Managers within the company to create reports to be delivered back to clients on progress as well as make proactive recommendations for improvements to clients’ campaigns. As well as being an ambitious growth area for the business you will be responsible for implementing processes, structures, and procedures and executing Paid Ads strategies for our clients.

**Snapshot Overview**
- **Campaign Strategy** - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their advertising goals and create effective paid advertising strategies. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- **Campaign Setup and Management** - Create and manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others. Set up ad creatives, ad groups, and ad copy to align with campaign goals and target audiences. Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting parameters for optimal performance.
- **Ad Copy and Creative Development** - Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience. Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
- **Performance Analysis and Optimisation** - Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization. Implement A/B testing and other testing methodologies to improve ad performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are competitive and effective.
- **Reporting and Communication** - Generate regular reports for clients, showcasing campaign performance and key metrics. Maintain open and clear communication with clients, discussing campaign progress and proposed adjustments.

Base salary negotiable based on experience

**Salary**: R21 000,00 - R26 000,00 per month
