Telesales / Sales Administrator - Support Office

_A National Wholesale and Retail leader in the FMCG sector, is urgently looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Buyer (Store Based) to join their existing team._
JOB TITLE: TELESALES / SALES ADMINISTRATOR, within the Support Office Systems Department.
JOB PURPOSE: To assist in driving sales and administration within the department responsible for the business point of sales system.
The role is a critical role in the sales division managing and ensuring that sales can be generated within the business via Tele-Sales.
**The Key responsibilities of this role are**:
- Generating Sales Telephonically.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities.
- Processing of Sales.
**Other Job Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate orders on deal between national buyers and stores.
- Assist in looking at buy in Opportunities for price increase suppliers. (Buy in for profits)
- Verify stock levels on system and assist stores with buy in quality.
- Loading of store specific deals on system
- Drive specific promotion through stores to ensure that all stores have placed sufficient quantities.
**Job requirements**:
- Must be able to work in a team environment and to support the team by being adaptable and able to carry out other function not define by the role requirements from time to time;
- Computer skills-Must be able to work on Excel, Word with basic skills and able to understand and be trained on buying System.
- Must be Energetic - be hungry to get orders and assist stores making it easier to place orders
- must make a difference.
**Basic inherent Character Requirements due to the nature of the business**:
- Self-starter that can adapt quickly;
- Must be resilient and manage the situation;
- Strong attention to detail especially in reports;
- Presenting and Communicating Information;
- Well-spoken in English and the following languages will be advantageous: Afrikaans / Africa Language from the area;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills;
- Excellent Communication skills.
- In return for your skills and dedication an attractive market related package will be offered as remuneration as long as the employee can fulfil the above criteria._
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
