You will be working as Tender/Quotation Specialist, reporting to Local Prod Group Manager for Electrification business area, Distribution Solutions division based in Modderfontein, South Africa. You will be responsible for performing sales order execution for orders received with standard and non-engineered packaging solutions

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supporting and training the sales team with commercial and technical information in order for them to be adequately equipped to identify any opportunity where the product could be applied for a customer’s requirement
- Taking full responsibility for proposal preparation on any customer enquiry by ensuring the correct equipment is offered, commercial conditions are clear and in line with ABB guidelines
- Confirming correctness of engineered project orders received and following hand over process to project management team when required
- Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs. Proposing technical solutions for 3435 enquiries
- Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrating for both internal staff and customers on 3435 products

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in high voltage and low voltage switchgear
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally
