WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and

support to customers of the company. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving

issues, and providing information about the company's products and services.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Anticipate customers’ needs and communicate proactively
- Quickly, thoroughly, and creatively solve problems for customers
- Investigate deliveries, transactions, and experiences that don't go 100% as planned
- Track and research shipments; contact carriers to resolve delivery issues
- Guide customers through product questions, assembly instructions, and warranty troubleshooting
- Provide advice with design and selecting the perfect product

- Previous experience in a customer service or similar role
