**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Own transport
- Numerical Aptitude
- Attention to Detail
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting process systems.
- Experience with Sage Accounting essential.
- Experience with Inventory Management beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, well versed in Afrikaans
- Team Player
**DUTIES**
- Dealing with clients queries and requirements (accounting related)
- Stock management van stock of drivers and representatives
- Customer account management (Debtors)
- Debtors Age Analysis and Statements - checking for accuracy or duplication and sending it by a specified deadline.
- Supplier account management (Creditors)
- Supplier Age Analysis and preparation of payment schedule
- Stock Control: stocktaking, stock forecasting, stock issuing
- Assisting the Financial Director with finance and administrative duties.
- Assisting the Financial Director with preparations for annual financial audit.
- Vehicle service interval management
- Managing health and safety registers
- Any ad-hoc duties required within the office
