**Role Purpose**
Assist the Human Capital and Organisational Development team in the administration and coordination of multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle with the aim to meet the stated business objectives and benefits.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (Essential)
- Relevant qualification (Desirable)
**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of the project management lifecycle, from conception to close-out (essential)
- Microsoft Office (essential)
- Knowledge of relevant project management software and tools (desirable)
- Knowledge of agile methodology (desirable)
**Experience**
- 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience (essential)

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist the manager and stakeholders in the development of project management documents such as scope statements, project schedules, project plans and project budgets.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops and agendas.
- Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what is expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
- Write and distribute minutes for project meetings and workshops and follow up on actions.
- Maintain, monitor and reconcile project plans, resource schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organise, maintain, and update accurate project-related metrics, dashboards and reports.
- Maintain and update all project-related data and organise effectively to enable analysis by manager and stakeholders.
- Coordinate all components related to project events and functions within budget and business requirements.
- Provide input into the risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum.
- Contribute to, and coordinate, the project close out and the assessment of project effectiveness to make recommendations to improve project impact.
