In terms of the Sanlam Group Governance Policy, SDM is managed by the SA Retail Mass cluster, which is part of the Sanlam Life and Savings cluster within the Sanlam Group. The cluster focusses on retail products, as well as group schemes. What will you do?

Generate new business by cross selling Retail Mass products to clients and achieve defined sales targets
Ensure accurate processing/administering of requests from advisors/clients on the following:
New Business on boarding
Policy Administration
Reviewing policy information and cancellation documents received from financial organisations
Achieve Sales Leads generation and leads qualification targets
Process and validate credible consolidation and cross-sell leads for distribution channels
Manage and monitor the success of leads and other cross sell initiatives.
Regular and accurate monitoring and reporting.
Design and articulate the operational business requirements to support the relevant product offerings
Contributes to the broader product and value proposition functions from a cross-sell perspective
Support and enable cross-sell success from a process, efficiency, and operations point of view including performance metrics and SLA’s
Ensure adherence of all processes and functions to POPIA, FAIS, TCF etc.
Provide effective feedback to clients and intermediary
Policy Retentions
Build effective business intelligence and reporting to support cross sell
Effective Budget & Expense Management

Management Development program
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Admin

Experience & Knowledge
At least 5 years management experience in insurance and client service, preferably in a client services/sales environment.
People Management
Computer literacy in MS Word, Power Point and Excel is essential.
