**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Maximize sales and control expenses

Stock control and stock - take weekly

Complete store operational requirements by: Scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results

Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees 5

Maintain store staff results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results

Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
