**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Answer phones and take all incoming calls

Receive clients and guests

Transfer calls and relay messages to all staff

Ensure all verification files are neatly filed in the filing room, and keeping readymade files on hand

Preparing files for the analysts

Organise maintenance of office equipment

Ensure that there is always tea, coffee, milk etc., stationary, printer cartridges on hand and in stock; keeping the office tidy in general.

Assist in organizing any work functions such as client entertainment, staff farewells and birthdays

Assist with proxima and boardroom bookings

Scanning, saving and updating of documents, typing and assistance with presentations

Matric

Ability to work under pressure

3-5 years reception and administration experience

Computer literate (MS. Office)

Well spoken and professional appearance
