**Position/Title**:System Administrator
**Reports To**:Financial Planner - Supply
**Employment Type**:Permanent

**Overall Responsibility**:
Maintenance and control of ERP system on day-to-day basis as well as facilitation of ERP related integration projects

**Focus Area 1**

**ERP Support**
- Day to Day tending of user queries and support tickets
- System onboarding of new users
- Weekly customer and master data uploads
- Facilitate creation of new profiles (inventory, customers, vendors etc)
- Support implementation of master data framework
- Control of open cases with ERP service providers

**Focus Area 2**

**Facilitation of Integration Projects**
- Coordinating system related integrations and projects (Support only) with service providers
- Reporting on progress of open projects

**Focus Area 3**

**System Health Reporting**
- Weekly system health reporting
- Weekly exception reporting (adherence to defined vendor, customer, inventory, user access policies)
- Development of system visibility tools to support preventative system maintenance

**Requirements for the role**
- Matric level qualification
- Degree/Diploma level qualification in related field (Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or BCom General)
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related field

**Preferred Skills**:

- Excel
- PowerPoint
- SQL (Advantageous)
