General Administrator

**Summary of the Position**:
As a General Administrator at Cape Crossfit, you will play a vital role in managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the brand. Your responsibilities will include handling prospective clients, managing memberships, coordinating coach schedules, financial administration, leave management, ordering supplies, and general administrative duties.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Prospective Clients**:
- Facilitate initial contact with prospect client, creating a positive and memorable experience.
- Handle inquiries. Conduct brief interviews with prospective clients via phone calls.
- Aim for a high response rate and maintain active communication with prospect.
- Smooth transition and hand over of prospect to Members Success Managers.
**2. Manage Memberships**:
- Manage the entire memberships process and general inquiries.
- Respond to inquiries within 24 hours during business days.
- Manage Membership Sign Ups, including generating membership fee invoices.
- Manage member cancellations with defined process for a smooth transition.
**3. Manage Coaches Schedules**:
- Coordinate coaches’ schedules.
- Handle schedule changes based on coach requests.
- Enhance communication channels among coaches, ensuring they are equipped with the requisite information and resources. Implement a fair prioritization system for maintaining equitable opportunities for all.
**4. Coach Salary Adjustments and Incentives**:
- Administer and implement coach salary adjustments and incentives.
**5. Leave Management**:
- Manage staff leave, and ensure compliance according to the Leave Policy, and process salaries using a clear, efficient, and streamlined process.
**6. Basic Financial Admin**:
- Handle payment requests and reimbursements.
- Create and send invoices for non-membership fees.
**7. Ordering of Supplies**:
- Order supplies based on Box Managers' requests.
**8. General Admin**:
- Perform general admin tasks as needed.
- Assist in webpage changes.
- Generate reports on membership counts and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with Box manager and assist in corporate outreach and activation events.

**Qualifications**:
- Degree or Certificate in Business Administration
**Business Skills/Experience**:
- Basic Financial Management
**Industry Skills/Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration (Ideally working at a GYM)
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
