New Age Explorer, a digital marketing agency based on Olivedale with an average employee age of 26, that specializes in results-based digital marketing, is seeking a full-time content creator (Videographer & Editor with Photography & General Design Skills) to assist us & our clients in bringing our content alive

We’ve worked with over 167 companies in 31 different industries from 5 continents across the globe. We need someone whose fast-paced & ready for an ever changing environment, and whose excited for adventure & enjoys a challenge; from all sorts of industries, and for all sorts of solutions. It’s extremely important that you are proficient with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Google My Business, Trello & Google Suite as well as video & retention strategies & supplementary editing softwares.

The role is Full-Time (~8.00~4.00, M-F). The Salary is negotiable & dependent on experience, skills, ability & mindset.

You will be responsible of:

- Consistent Research on Video, editing & retention trends & strategies and campaigns.
- The development & implementation (Concept, Pre-production, Production, shooting, post production, editing & posting) of any & all content, video, editing & retention strategies & campaigns.
- The development & implementation of (Concept, Pre-production, Production, shooting, post production, editing & posting) social media videos, digital advertising videos, tiktok videos, reels, YouTube video’s, Company Digital Marketing Courses, BTS, CEO BTS, CEO digital influence, influencers photos & videos, client videos, product photography, etc.
- Video’s are to be appealing, hold attention, & drive a call to action - and MUST fit the medium; YouTube vs. TikTok/reels vs. Social post vs. Ads, etc..
- You will need to be a team player and be able to collaborate effectively & quickly with other team members & clients to get the job done. You will be under tight deadlines.
- Additional Goal Bonuses include getting our companies YouTube subscribers to 100k, 500k & 1M; as well as TikTok followers to 100k, 500k & 1M.

**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bryanston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Videography: 3 years (preferred)
- Photography: 3 years (preferred)
- Editing: 3 years (preferred)
- Digital Content Creation: 1 year (required)
