We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to look after our amazing office. Aside from the opportunity to work in e-commerce with a diverse, innovative and dynamic team, we can offer you a creative, fun and fast paced work environment
**Key Performance Areas**:
- Manage reception area and access control for visitors / deliveries / pick-ups / suppliers / staff
- Co-ordinate and manage office and facilities related tasks including cleaning and maintenance providers and various other outsourced service providers
- Manage switchboard (answer and transfer all calls)
- General assistance across the office and other departments
- Gather and source quotes (special events, office management & general projects)
- Administer bookings (including booking flights, travel accommodation, boardrooms)
- Plan and order office related supplies and stationery
- Raising Purchase Orders for the office and other departments
- Co-ordinate new starters (organise stationery packs, parking, access controls)
- Assistance with general HR administration topics
- Managing Covid Health & Safety (ensuring site is compliant with Health and Safety regulations and doing necessary administration)
**Essential skills, behaviour and knowledge required**:
- Matric certificate.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- At least 1 year Receptionist experience.
- Experience in travel bookings.
