**Introduction**:
My client is seeking a Business Development Assistant to join the team. In this role you will be an important part of a small successful team who is focused on delivering world class products and services for our two sister companies: a company providing Controller and Security Systems and a company providing Business Coaching. A genuine interest in Business Development, Sales and Marketing is required for this role.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Ability, confidence and attitude to get things done quickly and well, using your own initiative.
- A clear, confident and captivating voice and telephone manner.
- You enjoy the opportunity to talk to business owners and their staff.
- You enjoy the chance to work independently and sometimes alone without supervision.
- You are able and willing to organise and manage the office, including filing systems, computer systems and general day to day office activity as necessary.
- Additionally, there may be occasional work in the evening or early mornings when we run seminars or networking events.
- Positive attitude, confident, highly focused and motivated.
- Own transport.

**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum of Matric/Grade 12.
- Previous experience in a sales position.
