Education and Experience
- Matric
- 5 years experience in Administration function that includes finance, stock control and logistics
- Computer literate - Excel at intermediate level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Duties:
Customer Service - ensuring that customers are dealt with efficient and professionally
Stock Control
- Manual books - monitored daily with strict control.
- Stock Control - ensure that stock delivered and returned is booked in and out as per SOP
- Perform weekly stock counts and be aware of all stock movement. Ensure that stock take is procedures are adhered to
- Coordination of transport - Ensure deliveries are planned and are on time.
- Maintain truck services, schedules and ensure that trucks are well maintained.
- Manage Drivers Cam Events
- Safety - Ensure that PPE is issued
- Oversee housekeeping of the yard and office
- Maintain safety file and self audit quarterly
- General administration duties
- Any ad-hoc task that is assigned from time to time
