Knowledge in Networks (LAN, WAN) and communication systems
- Highly analytic and independent way of working- Ability to present complex correlations in a clear way-
- Team player / Flexible / Cooperative- Solid Communication skills- Fluent in English**Main Objectives of this position**:

- Assumes responsibility for the day-to-day troubleshooting and support of all personal computers, local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and telephone related problems and the maintenance of same.**Function and duties**:

- Backup to Area ITC job workflow and daily tasks

- Supplier Negotiator & Purchaser- Maintain & Monitor IT budget forecast

- Liaison between userdirector requests and regional business department- Setup to assist agent offices
- **_ _**
- Setup to assist new office creation
- **_ _**
- Quality environmental reporting
- **_ _**
- Business Continuity Reporting
- **_ _**
- We Sustain Reporting
- **_ _**
- First line Desktop Support- IAM controller- Salesforce administrator- Case management system assigner- E-form handler- Website updater- Asset management
- **_ _**
- Mobile phone management- Office Management with PA support
- **_ _**
- Monitor hardware health and upgrades- Weekly backup handler
- **_ _**
- Officeequipment enhancement to support smarter working.
- **_ _**
- Web development or basic script development
