Dental Centre Assistant

- Recommend changes to be made to the setup technician through the use of CA
- Support customer care associates, offering guidance and clinical support as needed including communication with patients and doctors
- Review Treatment plans and diagnostic information for appropriateness and accuracy, prior to submitting to a network licensed dental professional for final approval
- Assist with quality assurance monitoring and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer financial information

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Recognised qualification in dentistry or dental assistance
- 1 year or more clinical chair-side experience
- Minimum B2+ English profiency, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication, conversation and active listening skills
- Experience with clear aligner treatment is a benefit
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Typing skills of 45+ Words Perm Minute a benefit
- Progressive, business - minded professional who wants a non clinical position in the dental industry
- Qualified [relevant diploma/degree]
- Registered with the HPCSA
