**What will you do?**

**Campaign Planning & Execution**
- Working with product owners and marketing managers to set up a calendar for campaigns that will be executed via the Marketing Operations team. Using CRM (MS D365) as well as Everlytic, setting up segmentation

**Tracking & Tagging**
- Generate campaign tracking URL’s and embed tracking in all links. Set up google tags.

**Documentation and Manual Reporting**
- Manual reports that are required on an ad hoc basis and maintaining all campaign documentation. Using tools like Percolate / SharePoint to maintain documentation.

**Workload Management**
- Using agile methodology, maintain a backlog of work using tools like JIRA, Azure Dev Ops to track and communicate with product owners, marketing managers as well as technical CRM development teams.

**Issue and Escalation Management**
- Triage issues that are reported relating to campaigns executed by Marketing Operations and provide feedback by either resolving the issue or escalating the issue for technical support.
- Qualification- Minimum requirements matric, Marketing qualification desirable.- Experience- Experience with web design and development including HTML advantageous.
- Experience with workflow management and digital asset management platforms advantageous.
- Google marketing platform experience advantageous
