**Responsibilities**:

- As the Learning and Skills Lead for Middle East and Africa, you will be working with our most important education customers in support of the MEA field teams.
- Your deep and recent successful experience developing and executing digital transformation includes providing the guidance and documentation required by education systems leaders and educators to begin their digital transformation journey.
- You'll lead our key strategic engagements and our education engagement programs deployment with Ministries of Education, system leaders, and educators to expand customer relationships with your experience in working with contemporary development and deployment methods such as design thinking, and Microsoft's Education Transformation Framework.
- You'll be bringing innovative ideas that showcase Microsoft's unique value proposition for education and will support our field teams with training and development on our transformation programs, helping them to develop their own skills in effectively articulating Microsoft's holistic education value proposition.
- You'll demonstrate leadership in driving customer success feedback through surveys, listening systems and social mechanisms to identify and alleviate key customer success blockers, and by providing insight and feedback from customers and partners to the MEA and Microsoft Worldwide Industry Teams to help learning and improvement in industry solutions and digital transformation offerings on Microsoft Cloud.
- You will be able to remain focused on customer facing time by running a predictable and healthy business maintaining rigorous sales process compliance. In addition, you will continuously nurture and expand your sales, industry, technology and competitive knowledge and capabilities.

**Qualifications**:
Required/Miniumum Qualifications:

- Significant experience working in the Education Industry or another relevant industry domain OR Bachelor's Degree in a relevant industry domain (e.g., Government, Education) or related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) AND strong years experience working in an industry domain.
- Deep understanding of education sectors across Middle East AND Africa markets, and education customers in this region.
- Experience in working with schools, governments, Ministries of Education, senior executives and CEO/CIO of international organizations to drive education improvement and new ways of teaching and learning.
- Experience working with the Public Sector and in public sector education policy and strategy.
- Possess executive maturity, presence and experience in building trust with education business decision makers articulating and demonstrating solution propositions on how education institutions can digitally transform teaching and learning/student outcomes with Microsoft solutions both in small groups and large audience.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and master new concepts and technologies to be able to impact their adoption and usage.
- Arabic and French language proficiency would be a significant advantage for this role.
