Exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to join a growing concern supplying water engineering and chemicals to industry. Based in Shakashead, Ballito.

**Requirements**:

- Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must have previous experience as a PA or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have good people skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Must be willing to learn new processes
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Problem solving
- Team player

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Assist both partners with client support
- Travel arrangements if required
- Managing diaries and organising meetings/appointments
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports
- Minutes of meetings
- Manage requests and queries
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
- Adhoc duties
