**Minimum Requirements**:
- Essential: 2+ years’ experience in restaurant sales.
- Essential: 2+ years within software sales.
- Advantageous: Providing software support to client’s experience.
- Essential: Own Car and Valid Driver’s License.
- 50/50% travelling that will occur within the Gauteng Area.
- Travel re-imbursement.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Make sure that the content on our trainings are always kept accurate and up to date.
- Responsible of keeping all training records of our clients maintained.
- Document and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Regulate and organize asset scope with clients.
- Tag assets at outlets.
- Responsible for producing and maintaining the asset tagging manual of all clients.
- Conduct research on service providers and assign them to each asset.
- Make sure asset specifications is accurate.
- Trace asset warranties.
- Assist with onboarding clients onto Asset force.
- Responsible to make sure that client portals are operating smoothly and are up to date.
- Required to handle daily client queries, issues, and concerns.
- Provide customers with technical support (set table locations, create profiles, change pins, etc).
- Facilitate the training of Asset Force and Portal to our new and existing clients.
- Ensure that quality is maintained from start to finish of every task.
- Take part as a member of a united and aligned team.
- Prioritise our customers, stakeholders and community.
- Pursue self-development, opportunities and keep up to date on industry trends.
