- Purpose:- Execute recruitment and selection processes in line with the Workforce and Employment Equity (EE) Plan. Ensure that appropriate Targeted Selection Questionnaires are prepared for the interviews, prepare packs and all necessary logistics for the interviews.- Ensure relevant assessments, vetting and reference checks are conducted in line with the company policy.-
- Update the recruitment schedule on a daily basis and provide feedback on weekly vacancy status.- Consistently look for potential external pipelines and maintain the pipeline database for future career opportunities, maintain accurate recruitment database and records filing.- Compile monthly and quarterly recruitment status reports in line with Human Resources Department requirements.- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, standards and procedures, including control procedures aimed at mitigating risks.-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or any relevant Human Resources qualification- 5 - 7 years’ experience in a similar position or as a generalist Human Resources- Knowledge and Skills:
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices- Recruitment and selection best practices- Knowledge of relevant ERP systems.- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows- Database management and record keeping- HR reporting.**What Qualification**
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
