**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management.
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role, preferably within the relevant industry.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Operational Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Design and oversee the execution of business plans to meet company goals.

**Process Management**:

- Ensure all operational processes are streamlined and efficient.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

**Warehouse Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
- Ensure the correct use and management of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Report on operational aspects of the warehouse to senior management.
- Ensure the team processes store orders timeously.
- Ensure the team correctly receives and stores stock from all suppliers.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning.

**Financial Management**:

- Assist the finance team with stock takes and cycle to ensure accurate stock reporting.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop risk management strategies to minimize operational risks.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Set performance targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Report on operational performance to senior management and stakeholders.

**Customer and Supplier Management**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction and address operational issues promptly.
