**Job description**:
**What are you responsible for doing?**
- Capture inventory related data on master analysis sheet as per requireme
- Ensure all data is captured timeously and accurately.
- Checking and approving CRM cases
- Assist stores with stock que
- Escalate unique queries to the Inventory Administrator Team Leader for further investigation and process any changes required
- Communicate all queries or concerns to the InventoryAdministrator Team Leader
- Capture all data available through manual admin processes including but not limited to stock transfers and stock write offs

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Certificate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar an advantage
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a data capture, stock administrator, inventory controller, or similar role
- Experience in inventory audits and stock takes an advantage
- Computer Literacy: Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables/ General) at Intermediate level
- Working knowledge of inventory and or stock management
