- To provide customers with excellent service by ensuring that they are served promptly understanding their needs and processing their requests**experience and qualifications**:
- Minimum Qualification - Grade 12 or equivalent
- Preferred Qualification - Relevant completed Legal Degree
- Experience - 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Long-term Insurance Industry, handling Ombudsman complaints, including the drafting of responses
- Additional Knowledge - Very good knowledge of market conduct and insurance principles and legislation
