Our client who is a leading professional services firm specializing in audit, assurance, and advisory services is looking for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating resources as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle confidential documents with discretion.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and support special projects as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, preferably in the audit field within professional services.
- Bachelor's degree in office administration or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be willing to work strictly from the office.
Remuneration:
R300 000 - R400 000 Per Annum

**Salary**: R300 000,00 - R400 000,00 per month
