Sales Administrator

A well-established listed branding company with offices in Stellenbosch and Africa provides services that include selling, merchandising, warehousing, distribution, shopper promotions and debtor’s administration to the liquor and FMCG industry, is seeking a Key Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team.
**DUTIES TO INCLUDE**:
- Serve as communicator with sales team and customers where applicable.
- Assist with daily queries from Key Accounts & resolve price discrepancies.
- Review Daily EDI Order discrepancies (PnP & Shoprite) and take corrective action.
- Compile discount agreements
- High level Principal/Customer reporting support on Excel
- Key Account Performance Review (Include all Suppliers and all Key accounts).
- Key Account/Supplier meetings contact reports.
- Tracking of advertising and promotions.
- Review listing documents of new product launches and submit to Key Accounts.
- Assist with price increase administration.
- Compile and update price lists - Add products, check pricing vs costings, check barcodes vs Embrace, check SOH, delete discontinued products
- Rebate and growth incentive calculations according to Trading Terms
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- Matric, Office admin qualification and minimum of 3 years experience
- Own transport essential
- Good communication skills: English and ability to understand Afrikaans
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables & V-lookups)
- Can work on Powerpoint
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work in fast-paced environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
