Sales Support Administrator

A leading tech/connectivity provider has a vacancy for a Sales Support Administrator with relevant experience.
**Duties and responsibilities include**:
**Pre Sales Enablement**:
- Managing bids / RFP’s / RFI’s
- Managing the pre-sales process (vetting)
- Ad Hoc client engagement and communication
**Pre Project enablement**:
- Check Scope of Work (SOW) and T&C’s & MSA correctly completed including Cover Pages
- Assist with Credit vetting
- Create and update project folders
- Prepare, filing and retrieving sales-related documents, like contracts, Scope of Work, etc and to ensure uploaded with correct naming on Projects Drive - ready for Client Manager to do Project Handover
- Updating internal databases with account information
- Facilitating order fulfillment
- Assist in providing timely responses to Client requests
**Data Integrity**:
- Maintaining data on nTwine (products and pricing), Shared Drive Folders and Pipedrive
**Desktop Feasibilities**:
- All providers
**General Sales Administration**:
- Ensuring company information is up to date - BEE, Tax Clearance etc on the Sales drive for easy access
- The management of all sales collateral, documentation (audit)
**Proposals and Quotations**:
- Assist with new quotations as well as additionals and retentions when need be
- Assist with sales proposals
**New Client Manager Onboarding**:
- Assist with onboarding of new Client Managers (access cards, laptops, desk availability and welcome packs)
**Contract management (Direct & Channel)**:
- Making sure all client and partner contract information is saved accordingly
- Proven work experience as an Account/Sales Support - Administrator or similar role
- Excellent computer skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time
- Attention to Detail - High level of efficiency and accuracy
