Maintain the machines as per AM / PM logs.

Ensure proper equipment work during the shift and correct anomalies in case of breakdown.

Perform preventive and corrective activities at equipment according to maintenance plans under the supervision of Maintenance Engineer.

What you will do
  1. Follow production safety rules.
  2. Work according to existing Procedures / Standards.
  3. Receive and sort Spare Parts, Consumables / Supplies as per SOP and 5S standards.
  4. Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance.
  5. Maintain MDM request.
  6. Based on Requests, update Equipment tree in SAP.
  7. Work according to existing procedures / Standards and Maintenance process.
  8. Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring a rapid response and that plant equipment and machine breakdown time is minimized.
  9. Participate as a member in Maintenance Improvement teams.
We believe you have
  1. Fresh Technical formation or Diploma in Engineering / Maintenance or 2-3 years' experience in Maintenance / Spare Parts.
  2. SAP basic knowledge.
  3. WCM skills for breakdown / Anomaly analysis.
  4. Experience and skills in identifying Root Cause and developing countermeasures to address Machine technical knowledge.
  5. Production process knowledge is preferred.
  6. High School Technical formation / Diploma or equivalent.
  7. Requires specific knowledge or on-the-job training or broader knowledge of theory on maintenance.
Key Outputs and Measurements
  1. Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance.
  2. Minimized losses (short stops / breakdowns) on machine / equipment, keep Mean Down Time Targets.
  3. Guide colleagues with AM / PM and removing red tags.
  4. Report all activities in SAP, Plant Maintenance Module and solve all reported problems as per plan.
  5. Maintain the Maintenance Spare parts store.
  6. Achieve Preventive activities TBM (Time Based Maintenance) compliance ratio and targets.
  7. 5S according to standard in all maintenance areas.
