We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Payroll Specialist to join our team at Staff Unlimited Recruitment Pty Ltd T/A MPC Recruitment Group EC.

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee time and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture bi-weekly and monthly attendance registers into Excel from manual forms, ensuring timely submission to the Financial Manager for approval.
  • Insert complex formulas for attendance registers, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability of the data.
  • Process leave on VIP and NBCRFLI sites, ensuring all leave forms are submitted and accounted for.
  • Prepare Performance-Based Reward (PBR) calculations on attendance registers and submit them to site HR offices.
  • Receive PBR adjustments from site HR offices and amend and finalize figures accordingly.
  • Provide payroll-related assistance to employees and complete exit documents as required.
  • Confirm employment of employees with third-party service providers.
  • Review monthly payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in a related field (NQF level 6) is essential.
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably with VIP Premier Payroll and NBCRFLI bargaining council experience.
