  1. Monitor the daily operational plans as shared by OCC;
  2. Distribute information regarding planned issues and service provider's constraints/shortages;
  3. Cross-check daily movements against the ACSA parking bay list;
  4. Monitor the Apex system to detect any abnormalities, possible delays, and bay changes;
  5. Analyse any aircraft technical problems;
  6. Responsible for communicating ETA's to service providers to meet SLA agreements;
  7. Responsible for Performance Monitoring i.e. OTP;
  8. Provide input and agree on KPIs;
  9. Monitor deviations;
  10. Negotiate best solutions towards bay/gate allocations as per FlySafair's preference;
  11. Provide a comprehensive end-of-shift handover;
  12. Review trends and any non-conformance or deviations within the reports and engage with stakeholders to close the gaps;
  13. Follow up with service providers if services are not in the bay as per SLA standards;
  14. Participate in communications where input is required, internally and externally.
