The Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Enablement Manager at JVR Africa Group in the JVR Solutions company; in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The IT Enablement Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing IT enablement platforms and services, driving innovation, and collaborating with IT specialists and teams within the organisation and with IT service providers. This is a hybrid working position.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: 5 years

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, National Diploma, or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.

Certifications:

  • MS365 global administrator
  • MS365 Office advanced skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support business goals for the IT Enablement department.
  • Manage and coordinate IT projects, initiatives, and resources.
  • Ensure the maintenance and availability of essential IT infrastructure.
  • Software license management across all platforms.
  • Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
  • Contract management of service providers.
  • MSD365 SharePoint administration.
  • IT compliance assessments and risk management.
  • IT expense management.
  • Infrastructure and network management.
  • Systems administration for all platforms and services.
  • Access management on all platforms.
  • Manage the SharePoint architecture.
  • Manage the hosting services (Azure, Hostek and Xneelo).
  • Physical IT infrastructure management, including IT storeroom, request-, printer and asset management.

Location: Gauteng-based (combination of onsite and remote, reporting to the Managing Director of JVR Solutions).
