Sales and Business Development Executive

The Beverage Company is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Executive to join its team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial sales professional to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service in the Food and Beverage Services industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Development:
- Manage and build relationships with outlet owners to achieve customer sales volume targets.
- Drive weekly customer calls per outlet to resolve issues and build effective partnerships.
- Maintain accurate customer master data on Rapid Trade.
- Evaluate and enhance customer relationships through regular feedback and performance assessments.
- Ensure timely delivery of product availability, merchandising, promotions, pricing, and space in each outlet.
- Monitor volumes by outlet to guarantee 100% availability of key brands and packs through forward planning.
- Implement efficient stock rotation to ensure 100% availability.
- Negotiate and execute price communication, capture price priorities, and enforce price point compliance throughout the year.
- Manage Company refrigeration assets, ensuring governance and compliance.
- Oversee all Company assets in outlets, including permanent merchandising and signage.
- Verify that Company products are stocked in fridges according to guidelines.
- Conduct asset verification surveys (Fridges, etc.).
- Collaborate with customers to minimize stock outs by optimizing stock replenishment.
- Manage stock rotation and quality to maintain high standards.
