GRW is seeking an experienced, passionate, and hardworking Key Account Manager who is keen on developing positive relationships with our clients.

In this role, you will help the customers by providing quality service to them. We have two vacancies available: x1 Johannesburg & x1 KwaZulu-Natal. If you meet the requirements to thrive in a pressurized environment, please send a detailed CV to us.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Build and develop customer relations.
  2. Provide specialist guidance to customer needs regarding required equipment.
  3. Stay up to date with developments in the marketplace.
  4. Networking.
  5. Negotiate on price and terms and conditions.
  6. Send quotations to customers with numerous follow-up calls and visits.
  7. Ensure all sales documentation is in place.
  8. Day-to-day assistance with customer breakdowns / product issues.
Requirements:
  1. Product knowledge will be beneficial.
  2. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Willing to work long hours.
  4. Must be able to work in a pressurized environment.
  5. Experience in the transport industry will be beneficial.
