Support Coordinator – Cairns

Qualifications and Level of Experience Required: Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification. At least 3-5 years previous experience needed on an executive level.
Must be fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Drivers license and own car essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reading, monitoring, and responding to the MD's calendar and electronic diary.
- Preparing correspondence on the MD's behalf.
- Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
- Booking meetings and recording minutes and dictations.
- Organizing local and international travel and preparing complex travel itineraries.
- Planning, organizing, and managing events.
- Preparing correspondences and various other administrative documents including Board packs and other reports.
- Managing petty cash.
- Conducting research on the internet.
- Screening calls and client interaction, handling queries.
- Preparing presentations.
- Typing and filing documents.
- Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
