Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Reading, monitoring, and responding to the MD's calendar and electronic diary.
  2. Preparing correspondence on the MD's behalf.
  3. Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
  4. Booking meetings and recording minutes and dictations.
  5. Organizing local and international travel and preparing complex travel itineraries.
  6. Planning, organizing, and managing events.
  7. Preparing correspondences and various other administrative documents including Board packs and other reports.
  8. Managing petty cash.
  9. Conducting research on the internet.
  10. Screening calls and client interaction, handling queries.
  11. Preparing presentations.
  12. Typing and filing documents.
  13. Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
