Seeking an experienced Contractor's Representative for a project-based contract in Lusaka, Zambia, focused on replacing sewer pipes. The ideal candidate is a qualified Civil Engineer with a strong background in infrastructure projects, specifically in water, sewer, bulk water pipelines, reservoirs, and building structures design and construction supervision. This role is responsible for overall project and contracts management, ensuring the successful execution of the project from inception to completion.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
10+ years of experience in infrastructure projects.
5+ years of experience in:
o Water, sewer, and bulk water pipelines.
o Reservoirs and building structures design.
Construction supervision experience.
Strong experience in project and contract management.
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and reporting.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Previous experience working on projects in Africa is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Project & Contract Management:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
Client & Stakeholder Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the client.
Lead and facilitate site meetings with stakeholders to align on project progress and challenges.
Leadership & Team Management:
Manage key staff members involved in project execution.
Provide technical guidance and ensure collaboration across teams.
Reporting & Compliance:
o Sign off on all project reports, including:
Construction progress reports
Environmental & Social (ES) reports
Management & Supervision Implementation Plan (MSIP) reports
Procurement & Logistics:
Oversee the procurement of all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies required for the project.
Ensure timely delivery and enforce quality control measures.
