This role will report into the Creative Manager and will be based at Clicks Head Office. Job Purpose To translate the brief through conceptualization, design and implementation of graphic elements and ensure the finished product reflects a cohesive design across media platforms. Job Objectives To deliver world-class advertising across the brands by delivering the best creative solutions for our clients to support the achievement of their marketing, communication and financial objectives. To develop brand-consistent creative for a variety of print materials that support key marketing initiatives across all design platforms. To conceptualise and execute high priority projects across multiple brands. To drive brand consistency in line with the relevant marketing communications by adhering to CI guidelines. To work closely and collaboratively within team, Traffic, Client Service and the Clients to ensure a smooth workflow and delivery of work while ensuring the creative brief are met. To be aligned with the status of work in progress at all times to ensure deadlines are met and manage own timelines. To presentation all creative artwork making sure work maintains an excellent level of quality and design. To mentor junior designers and DTP to ensure timeous delivery and correct interpretation of creative briefs/projects. Education Design qualification in Art direction or Graphic Design from a recognised institution (Degree or diploma) or proven working track record in Retail design field. Job-related knowledge Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Job-related skills and experience: At least 6 years’ Graphic Design experience Must have experience in Magazine Design & Layout or Retail catalogue Design & Layout Experience designing and role out of Point of Sale elements, campaign collateral Strong conceptual/Design skills and Style Mac Literate, as well as technical knowledge and proficiency of design software essential (Latest Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Lifestyle shoot experience – art direction of models and product shoots Experience Directing/Overseeing TV commercials – would be advantageous Photo retouching & editing – would be advantageous Organised and with excellent Attention to detail and a methodical approach to assignments is essential. Excellent time management, Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Good written and verbal Communication Skills Team player Willing to be a team player and put in the extra effort Deciding and initiating action Applying expertise and technology Presenting and communicating information Creation and innovation Delivering results & meeting customer expectations Adapting and responding to change Coping with pressure and setbacks Achieving personal work goals and objectives Do you require help with the registration process? #J-18808-Ljbffr
