Job Purpose Responsible for leading the conceptualization and execution of visually compelling designs across a wide range of digital and print platforms. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, to understand project goals, deliver high‑quality visual solutions, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Qualifications / Experience Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5–8 years of professional experience in graphic design, staying current with industry trends, emerging tools, and innovative design techniques. Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.). Extensive experience with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across design materials. Proven ability to conceptualize and create visually striking designs, layouts, and concepts. In‑depth knowledge of typography and colour theory. General Expectations Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced competencies. Typically 5–8 years of professional experience, leading design initiatives and mentoring junior designers. Responsibilities Design Creation & Concept Development Lead the creation of visually compelling content for digital and print platforms. Develop innovative concepts that align with AESG’s brand vision. Produce designs that effectively communicate complex technical concepts. Project Leadership Manage the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate closely with marketing to understand project objectives. Handle multiple design projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks. Communicate design ideas clearly to internal teams and stakeholders. Brand Consistency Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines. Regularly update and refine brand guidelines. Quality Control Review and proof all design work to meet specifications. Deliver final designs in correct formats with attention to colour accuracy, typography, and layout. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Present design concepts and final deliverables to clients or senior leadership. Adapt and revise designs based on feedback. Innovation & Research Explore new design techniques, tools, and technologies. Conduct research on competitor strategies and industry trends. Competencies Leadership / Management skills.
