This role forms part of the Marketing team within the Village n Life hospitality group. The RoleAs Senior Graphic Designer, you'll lead the creative direction and execution of design across Village n Life's diverse portfolio of hotels, retreats, spas, restaurants and lifestyle brands. You'll manage and mentor a team of designers while ensuring consistent application of brand identities across all visual platforms. This senior role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supporting campaigns and collateral that shape the guest experience and strengthen our brands. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction and quality control Manage the design and application of brand identities across all platforms Create and adapt marketing collateral including brochures, menus, signage, merchandise and digital assets Deliver artwork for social media, websites, emailers and paid media campaigns Support seasonal, product and event campaigns with cohesive design solutions Develop guest-facing collateral for hospitality, wellness and lifestyle assets Ensure artwork is proofed, production-ready and aligned with brand standards Collaborate with marketing, sales, production and content teams on projects Maintain a structured archive of design assets and templates What We're Looking For Grade 12 or equivalent Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar 3–5 years' experience in a SENIOR DESIGN role with team leadership responsibilities Proven expertise in brand development and corporate identity systems Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience across print, packaging, digital and environmental design Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Hospitality, tourism or lifestyle industry experience advantageous Valid driver's licence and own vehicle What We Offer Career growth within a dynamic hospitality group Opportunity to lead a creative team and influence multiple brands Exposure to diverse projects across hospitality, wellness and lifestyle sectors Competitive package aligned with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
