As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to identify and secure new business opportunities within the enterprise sector. Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and strategic Business Developer with a strong background in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management, preferable with ICT experience. This role requires a highly skilled professional who excels at identifying new opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and driving long-term partnerships with enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate will already have a network of decisionmakers within enterprise client. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate and enterprise clients that align with Agile Bridge’s service offerings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, resource managers, supply chain and procurement teams. Identify new opportunities and engage with prospective clients, leveraging industry insights and networking to create a robust opportunities pipeline. Understand client needs and business challenges, positioning Agile Bridge’s solutions as the preferred choice. Be part of the full sales cycle, specifically accountable for lead generation and assisting sales to closing deals. Represent Agile Bridge at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and expand our client base. Give input to develop business development strategies to achieve growth targets. Report on new business prospects, pipeline development, and key market insights to senior management. Key Requirements Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably representing a company within the IT or technology industry. Experience engaging with large enterprises and high-profile clients, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close complex deals. Understanding of software development lifecycle and the roles it consist of is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently to drive sales initiatives. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required based on experience).
