Responsibilities Perform monitoring, tracking and analysis of cash flows, transfers and communications between borrower and lenders, and to ensure the loan administration is updated and completed Provide an administration service that meets time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes Produce high‑quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analysing trends and data Provide regular reports on delivery of services against agreed service level agreements and in terms of overall customer targets Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements, drive value optimisation and advise best options for product integration and wealth management Manage the growth of the active customer account base Contribute to client service delivery culture through adherence to approved organisational service delivery principles Resolve customer dissatisfaction / complaints by taking ownership of the problem Deliver exceptional service adhering to relevant SLA agreements and offering appropriate solutions Accumulate information to review work progress that provides input to reporting, decision making and the identification of improvement opportunities Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions Establish relationships with relevant individuals and departments in order to deliver on work expectations Ensure the development, alignment and implementation of end‑to‑end processes within area of accountability for continued process improvement Adhere to standards and procedures to reduce costs Identify process improvements to save costs Apply a customer‑centric approach that focuses on creating a positive experience for the customer by maximising service and / or product offerings and building relationships to ensure that the customer is at the centre of the business philosophy, operations and ideas Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provide advice to relevant stakeholders Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local and global trends Provide thought leadership and expertise Assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships within the group and / or across the organisational stakeholders Ideal Candidate Relevant financial degree 5+ years' experience in a deal‑management environment Previous experience as a Facility Manager is advantageous Benefits Opportunities to network and collaborate Challenging work environment Opportunities to innovate Our Match Criteria Curious & courageous - driven by always wanting to know more and learning more, and brave enough to act Obsessed with mastery - knows what it takes to become good at what you do and is constantly pushing yourself to do it Application Details Are you interested in taking the next step?
