Responsibilities Perform monitoring, tracking and analysis of cash flows, transfers and communications between borrower and lenders, and to ensure the loan administration is updated and completed. Provide an administration service that meets time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information. Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes. Produce high‑quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards. Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analysing trends and data. Provide regular reports on delivery of services against agreed service level agreements and in terms of overall customer targets.
