If you have a proven track record in thetextile printing industryand thrive in a hands-on, team-focused environment, we want to hear from you.PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST 10+ years' proven experience managing BOTH operations and teams within the textile printing industry only.Key Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day operations , including logistics, stock control, procurement , ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.Lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve operational excellence and maintain a positive, performance-driven culture . Drive interbranch communication and alignment with national strategy and company values.Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and respect — both internally and externally.Maintain customer focus by building and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with clients and partners.Ensure compliance with SOPs and continuous improvement of processes and systems. Have an enquiring mind & can interrogate current processes and improve themStrategic thinker / problem solver / ability to make decisions fastUse and manage the CRM system (preferably Zoho) for tracking, reporting, and improving customer engagement.Implement, execute, and monitor key operational strategies to support company growth.Requirements : 10+ years' proven experience managing operations and teams within the textile printing industry only .
