Key Requirements & Skills Matric Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibilities Monitor and track all team matters, including SARS correspondence, client updates, and compliance notices. Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Follow up on outstanding items to ensure all documentation, submissions, and responses are completed within the required timelines. Anticipate potential delays or issues and implement proactive administrative solutions. Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding submissions, and ensure all deliverables are met on time. Maintain and update tracking systems for queries, responses, and follow-up actions. Assist with compiling reports, meeting packs, and summaries for management or client review. Proactively identify potential delays, risks, or gaps and escalate issues for timely resolution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
