We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Client Engagement Specialist to join our team at Tax Consulting SA. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in managing relationships with our clients and professional partners, helping to ensure the seamless delivery of our services and fostering strong, long-term relationships. Qualifications & Required Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Experience in business development or a similar role. Exceptional Excel skills, with the ability to analyse data and produce comprehensive reports. Key Responsibilities: Engage with our global partners monthly to discuss and manage client matters referred to Tax Consulting South Africa, ensuring effective communication and resolution. Prepare and deliver detailed reports to partners on referred matters, keeping them informed and updated on progress. Develop and nurture strong, professional relationships with partners and clients, fostering trust, collaboration, and long-term partnerships. Guide partners to the appropriate departments based on the specific needs of their clients, ensuring efficient and effective handling of client matters. Facilitate the seamless onboarding process for new partners, integrating them into our systems and processes smoothly. Accurately calculate and process referral fees in line with existing agreements, ensuring transparency and accountability. Continuously build and manage relationships with both clients and partners to enhance satisfaction, drive engagement, and foster long-term partnerships. Regularly track and monthly report on all the activities to management, providing clear insights on performance, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Why Join Us?
