Digital Marketing Specialist – MEA Axis Communications is a fast‑growing, Swedish‑based tech company leading the way in network video and security solutions. We are looking for a data‑driven, digitally savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Middle East and Africa Marketing team based in South Africa. The position offers the option to work from our Johannesburg or Cape Town office. Responsibilities Email Marketing & Automation – map customer journeys, design and monitor email campaigns, and ensure efficient data flow between marketing automation platforms. Campaign Deployment – coordinate with the EMEA marketing team to execute localized campaigns and develop integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels. Data Analysis & Reporting – measure campaign performance, provide insights, optimize conversion rates, and create dashboards and reports for marketing decisions. System Champion – manage the marketing automation platform, create templates, train teams, evaluate market needs, research trends, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Account‑Based Marketing – develop and execute the MEA Account‑Based Marketing strategy, collaborate with key account managers to create customized marketing plans and optimize campaigns. Qualifications 6+ years of digital marketing or demand generation experience. Hands‑on experience with Salesforce/Pardot (certified is a plus). Strong understanding of customer journeys, lead nurturing, and digital metrics. Solid knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital tools. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams. Excellent communication in English.
