KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS (KPAs):
- Facilitate the development and review of the organizations strategy and business plans
- Explore new business opportunities, including expanding
passenger services, retention and expansion of the customer base, entering new geographical markets, and developing innovative service offerings.
- Management of stakeholder relationships
- Evaluate and lead mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities,
identifying potential targets for acquisition or partnership to
enhance market presence or operational capabilities
- Reporting and advisory services.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- NQF 8 Postgraduate qualification in
Business Administration/Engineering/Transport Management/ Economics

ADDED ADVANTAGE: Master of Administration or Master of
Business Leadership (MBA/MBL)

EXPERIENCE:15 years strategy or business development experience within the passenger transport, rail logistics or related infrastructure sector of which 5 years should be at executive level.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- 24/7 availability
- Extended working hours
- Travel locally and international
